Judah's Story

Judah Levi Brown was lost to his family when he was only three years old, as he drifted unconscious towards the bottom of a friend's swimming pool.

His incredibly safety-conscious family thought they had done all the right things to keep him safe around water.

Only after his drowning did they learn that most of what they knew about water safety and kids was wrong.

Today, the Judah Brown Project, led by Judah's mom and his preschool teacher, is a leading force in childhood drowning prevention.

About the Judah Brown Project

Survival Med is honored to partner with the Judah Brown Project (JBP) to provide a complete children's drowning prevention course for parents, caregivers and other adults.

100% of all proceeds go directly to the Judah Brown Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit and member of the National Drowning Prevention Alliance.

The Project has received Great Nonprofits' top rating for five straight years.

Its mission is to provide drowning prevention education for everyone, everywhere, including survival swim instruction for kids whose families can't afford lessons plus free online, print and in-person resources to schools, libraries, doctors, parents, caregivers and others to help keep kids safer around water.

Drowning doesn't discriminate.
